Simon is quiet and serious, he takes his job seriously to make sure nothing too dangerous for the Plague flight wanders into other flight and clan areas.

While being Plague himself he knows that it is needed for balance, he doesn't want things to be over done.

The Plague Guard was created make sure nothing too dangerous comes out of the Plague lands, alert beasts and dragons about possible out breaks, and help those of not of the plague ways or mindset learn more about Plague itself, as well as maybe help them find care if needed.
