Mate: Nyx
A kind Guardian from the Blacksand Annex. Although his large stature makes him rather intimidating, Gryffindor is very kind and gentle. The Guardian doesn't fight often, but that is due to his size. Gryffindor traveled alone through the plague lands with little reason until he got in a quarrel with a group of short-tempered dragons. Gryffindor tried to reason with the group but they thought other wise. The Guardian was out numbered but overpowered the group, scaring them off. Volatile was warned of the fight from her scouts and when she arrived to stop it only Gryffindor was left with fresh wounds. He was guided back to the camp to recover.
Gryffindor warmed up to the dragons of the camp easily. While recovering from the feud he became close to Nyx while she was caring for him. Gryffindor prefers to stay in the clan as a guard. However, the Guardian takes joy in leaving for a few hours a day to travel to the Sea of a Thousand Currents to catch and gather seafood for the clan.
