Criphel Our leader, the serpent. Witch |
![]() High Priestess ![]() Criphel, formerly known as Crystal, was exalted at a young age, to serve the Shadowbinder by recruiting dragons from other domains. She used her silver tongue to trick, and manipulate young dragons with fantasies of beauty and honour... but they never realised they were about to get exalted until it was too late. She now uses her silver tongues and other gifts she's received from a powerful witch, her mentor, to lead 'her' people, the witches and wyrms, in Mount Eurus. For a leader, she's fairly reclusive, but allows those who wish to speak to her in. She doesn't see herself as more than a spokesperson, who, if fed enough information, can fight your battles for you. She values communication and amongst her peers above all else, lest they be bested by tactics greater than their own. No, Criphel refuses to allow those who dwell underneath the tunnels of the Mountain to lose it all again. Even if it requires to turn back against the Treaty. "...And to you my fellow exaltees...I bid you, ́gơod͢ni͠g҉h͞t͏." ![]() |

My clan is divided into two main factions, both not originally native to the Hollowed Hill itself. In the tunnels of the hills live the Coven of Witches and their Wyrms.
While a Monestary has been built into the side of the crater of the Mountain, and all around the walls of the crater are Burrows, both belong to the Monks of the Mount.
There are a couple of other mini factions. However, there is said to be the remainents of a faction known as the Paladins. They were the native clan, the first to live in the Hill. Despite being powerful, they were merely nuisances to the Deities, but slaughtered anyone who spoke against them and destroyed many of the homes of the Shadow Breathern. They wished to conquer all of the Tangled Wood. Due to their nature, and cruel actions. Any dragon whose opinions sided with them is often met with great scrutiny.
As the current residents of Mount Eurus say that they can still feel the cult's presence.
For without them. Mount Eurus wouldn't exist as it does now.
Monetary of the Sick-The Region of Eurus is primarily located in the Foxfire Bramble, though small areas of the Driftwood Drag and the Wispwillow Grove have been claimed by the Witches and Monks of the Hallowed Mountain, known by many names.
It's most prominent two are Descapa(Inescapable) and Bahay(Home). It's "federal" name, is Mount Eurus.
Mount Eurus was founded by the long-dead group called the "Paladins." They were group on the verge of a cult with imperialistic views. After building the Mountain's spiralling walkway to the bottom of it's crater, the burrows in the sides, and the twisted labyrinth of tunnels underneath the entire thing, they immediately went to conquer nearby areas, land and clans. Thus, the lengthy territory "Region of Eurus" was formed.
This is where the infamous, Witches came in, who, in vengeance for the destruction of their coven's main hideouts attacked Mount Eurus with advanced spells and self-destructive curses.
The leaders were said to be turned to stone.
Not a hundred years later,
a band of travelling monks came,
seeking a place to rebuild their monastery,
after the long ago attack of the Paladin broke it's supports. It had fallen recently.
