Deep is the leader of the warriors for Clan Krínos. He is strong and very good at plotting strategies. He is not the most approachable dragon, but is willing to help even the youngest hatchling if he deems their need important.

Before joining the clan, Deep wandered Sornieth, occasionally helping dragons he met on the road. When he met Spring, the relatively young Guardian was taken by her gentle nature, and quickly agreed to help her start a clan. In the beginning, he was extremely protective of his mate and their clan, partially due to the fact that so many passing dragons--especially the males--thought her a pushover.

But, this ended when a certain female Guardian dragon joined Clan Krínos: Mystica, formally of a Wind clan. Mystica was almost as different as one could be from Spring. She was a warrior, sometimes blunt and somewhat a flirt, never afraid to speak her mind or stand up for her beliefs, even if it hurt another dragon. As Deep was the leader of the warriors, he spent quite a lot of time with her. Slowly, their friendship grew into more, until the two had fallen in love and decided to mate. Deep knew it would break Spring's heart: although he mostly ignored the emotional side of things, he had known Spring for long enough to read her as easily as he bared his teeth. He still cared for the clan matriarch--just not enough.
