Nikutaberu is very offputting, compared to his mate. He loves her, but has no interest in breeding, which is fine with Rosethorn as she is too busy to tend to nests. He lives near the nests, in a dark, but warm cave, wisps of smoke emmamating occasionally. His sweets are odd, twisted concotions of sugary skulls dipped in bright blue formula, too sweet and too rich for anyone but him. And sometimes, there's an all too audible crunch from his lair, and a hunger in his eyes that seems a little too deep. No one complains however, for he is mate to their leader, and she sees him fine to keep him around.
And no one misses the hatchlings sent to serve the Wyrmother either.
