"Insert quote here."

Jonney is a shy pilot. He's absolutely confident in his ability to fly the ship, but when it comes to people he loses all that confidence. He's a nervous kind of guy when it comes to anything other than the ship. Leijalia calms his nerves just by being in his presence, so he likes to hang around her and help her when he's not on the ship. The only time he isn't nervous when not around Leijalia or piloting the ship is when someone tries to damage the ship. He'll fly up into their face and loudly berate them, or even come to blows if they're not the kind to be talked down.

Small fae opened his wings for first time in a dark, quiet nest in middle of Tangled Woods, all alone. He had hatched just couple minutes ago, and let out his first, quiet squeak, waiting for answer from his parents. But, there was none. quietly, young hatchling crawled out nest, still beign little moist from hatchling, and laid down into dark, murky land. Only source of light was mushroom growing couple meters away from him, all alone, just like him. Greyish fae took its first step towards this mushroom, taking support from ground with his green, large wings, and managed to walk to this glowing object before he fell next to it. It was little bigger than small fae, so he just wrapped himself around it and fell into peaceful sleep.

It was cut quickly, when something ate the mushroom and was about to eat fae too, He let out a loud scream when he noticed what was happening, and eater spit him up to ground. Small fae shaked violently when he lifted his face towards this new thing. It was large, black and had blue wings, and it looked like it was sorry. Fae tried to flee, but before he was able to move, he was already lifted up from his tail.
"Who are you, little fae?" stranger asked. Hatchling let out only a quiet sqeak, and this thing got a small smile in its face.
"Hatchling, huh? Where are your parents?" thing asked. Fae stayed quiet.

Stranger`s expression changed.
"Another one, huh? Heh, don`t worry, I take care of you. Whats your name?" it asked. Small fae just shaked his head. What was a name, anyway?
"Don`t have one, huh? Well, then i have to call you... Jonney", stranger said, and dropped fae on their head. It started walking through thick plant life while it seemed to remember something.
"Oh yeah, you can call me Leijalia", it laughed while they continued making their way among the plants.

Heading inside the ship and looking around, you were amazed at the technologies of wind, arcane, and lightning to make this sturdy thing fly. While Leijalia was warming herself back up near a heat source, you find your way to the captain's command room, where your eyes grew in surprise. The captain of the ship was actually a fae, maneuvering the steering wheel far bigger than himself! You asked if he was Jonney, to which he replied in the normal fae monotone without losing track of his objective. "Ack...Yes, that would be me. Please to meet any new faces that my mate approves of, but I'm shy about the subject, if you can keep your distance for now." You could tell since his crest displayed nervousness. "You weren't startled by her shadow magic?"

With a quick reply that you've seen other magics of various forms, the fae's crest shifted towards amusement. "Then you've traveled a lot more than we have to not be surprised. Our clan left the Tangled Wood to build our knowledge of magic and what better way than to get our feet wet with traveling? I'm not sure how long it'll be before we move on from here, though."

Hearing that the clan specializes in magic arts, you asked if he know any, to which he shook his head while using his tail to pull a lever near the steering wheel. "No, I don't dabble in magic as heavily as the rest. It was actually frustrating and a brutal hit to my confidence when I was growing up. You can say that while I was not picked on, it was almost like I was becoming an outcast within the clan. Dragonisa made a difference for me upon our arrival into the Southern Icefield, but it wasn't enough. I wanted to show that I had value in the clan by any means I can find."

You watched as his crests turned to a joyous signal while he stepped on a couple of buttons before returning to maintaining the steering wheel in seconds. "Then we found this beautiful ship, tattered and wrecked by someone one day. Whoever owned it wasn't coming back if our evidence didn't say enough, so we proceeded to scavenge it. As I explored the ship, I started to realize that it felt strange...Like it was wanting me to get it flying again. I couldn't resist getting our new engineers to help me repair the ship and learn to become a pilot. I finally had something to be confident about and be relied on by everyone, including my mate. I love riding on her, but I also love giving her rides with the ship as well."

You look out the window of the ship's command room and ask if what you're seeing is actually the clan's nest right now, to which Jonney gave a nod. "It is. It's not much, but at least you can warm up. Perhaps I can use that time to get more bold in your presence while we are at home." You agree, actually intrigued to learn more about the craftsmanship of this aircraft as it was a wonder. It may also be a subject that will get the fae more comfortable with talking to you as well.
