His skill in inter-species communication is second to none, and his compassion and strong spirit are his finest traits. Much like his deepest held belief had told him, there was not only a space for him on the face of Sornieth, but one that was comfortable and full of personal pride - along with his similarly displaced companion, Donovan, Nokkeala provides a safe place for any who enter, determined to give to all dragons - older, younger, of any breed or temperament - a place to thrive and be joyful, whether in his own home or far from his watch. His pursuit of lofty goals is supported by his partner, who shares in his passion. Known to make occasional journeys beyond his home to help wherever he is needed, Nokk nonetheless returns home dutifully, guided by his strong sense of purpose. ::.

along with his devoted partner, Donovan, serve as the unofficial leaders of their ragtag clan. While just as motivated as his partner, Nokk is much more gentle in his approach to having clan members - new and old - see their light. The soft hand to Don's iron fist, Nokk is often the favorite Father of new recruits and of departed members of the past. A little more heavy-handed in the spiritual aspect of his job, Nokk encourages and nurtures self-love through worldly experience, fond memories, good friends, and caring family. His brand of leadership usually does well with the sort of dragon who only needs a shoulder to lean on or a strong support under them - his inspiring words are tailored to who needs to hear them.

His daughter, Neilan, is his dearest friend and biggest inspiration, and he never misses a chance to sing her praises.
