Before founding Clan Hellgondo, Alipheese was a loner within the Tangled Wood. When she was just a hatchling she was separated from her birth clan after they lost her while trying to sell her for profit like her siblings. Luckily, a wandering loner Fae by the name of Tamamo found and raised Alipheese even after she had surpassed her in size. Many years passed until Alipheese decided that living life with only her and her adopted mother was not enough, and she wanted to start a clan in which she would lead. However, while trying to recruit dragons for her cause, her authority was already challenged, but not in a way one would expect. Four dragons from the four original elements stepped forward, wishing not merely to take her place but take her on in a Battle Royale match. Those four were Granberia, Tamamo, Erubetie and Alma Elma, though they all had different reasoning. Granberia had heard rumors about Alipheese's strength and wanted to test it against her own. Tamamo thought that three against one was unfair, and participated to aid Alipheese against the odds. Erubetie wanted power over the clan to prevent any other clans or monsters from getting inside or attacking their own. Alma Elma merely thought the battle would be fun. The fight went on for quite some time, Alma Elma falling out first. Tamamo and Erubetie ended up knocking each other out, leaving only Granberia and Alipheese. The Guardian was strong, and once even had Alipheese fallen to her knees, however by the end of the match, the Coatl had seen everything she could attack with. She used this to counter her opponent and the battle ended with Alipheese as the winner. Her four challengers devoted themselves to serving under her rule with their power, and thus Clan Hellgondo was founded.

During the first several months of Alipheese's rule, she realized that an important factor must exist for the clan to flourish--profit. In her days as a loner she had seen the struggles some clans faced with raising treasure to take care of their own, even going as far as to exalt those weaker than most to their deity. Alipheese quickly decided she did not want her clan to plummet into that state, and started to recruit specific dragons into her clan; those with rare genes who could breed and create a profit through their offspring. After selling the first few batches, she knew then that this must be the way her clan would thrive, and it quickly became law that those who could not breed in some way for profit, minus a few rare cases, could not live permanently within the clan.

Several months later in Alipheese's rule, a border patrol led by Erubetie found a wandering, starving Skydancer within her boundaries. The Coatl could only think about one thing as she was brought before her; she was beautiful. The Skydancer, named Kiara, decided to join the clan, after fleeing from Clan Morganite to avoid being sold into a clan she didn't know. The two quickly spent more time together, and Alipheese noticed she had formidable strength, and was very wisdomful and intellectual. Soon after Alipheese realized their was more to mating than breeding for profit. Her rule for this changed, deeming that those with a "perfect match" must continue to breed with them, however they are not required to be truly mated to them, as she realized emotions were more complex than that. She soon after named Kiara her mate as well as her second-in-command after gaining the approval of her four highest subordinates.

Alipheese is a calm and collected ruler, and a strong believer in peaceful coexistence between all races. She doesn't believe that using power to rule is truly an evil deed, as it can gain respect from the defeated and also help overpower those who try to rebel against her peaceful beliefs. She views all her clanmates as her cute subordinates, and would never lay a claw meant to kill or harm them. She is eager to train common techniques to those willing to learn, and is part of the many who fight in the Coliseum, but they mainly do this to farm. Only on very rare cases will she allow a dragon to be exalted on her land, as she is a strong believer against the act.
