Cirrostratus has always had his head in the clouds and the wind in his face. He is anxious every time his feet hit the ground because like seafaring dragons he is more used to the buffetings of the wind instead of the solid feel of the ground. Out to seek his own way (and partially because he flew without thinking where he might end up) his final destination landed him in Elysadie's clan where he was immediately welcomed. His pride and joy is his aviator clothing which he spent months saving up enough money for. It came in blue...his favorite color. A few months ago a courier dragon from his parents found him and expressed to him how proud they were of him. He immediately took a joyous flight and wouldn't come down for a week.
