Theia

The Clan's matriarch, Theia was the first of her Clan to set claw in the Plaguebringer's domain. She holds a deep respect for the goddess of Plague, and performs daily rituals in order to keep her Clan protected from the sickness that inhabits the very air of the Wastelands.

Theia is patient and an attentive, the opposite to her mate Hyperion, though she will never forgot those who wronged her. She puts her Clan above all else, and is a vehement defender of eggs and hatchlings, no matter what Flight they belong to.

Her familiar is the Zeeba Eshu, a leader in his own right. After serving as his herd's breeding stallion for most of his adult life, Eshu turned over control of the herd voluntarily to a challenger, and began to travel. Upon encountering Theia, he recognized her demeanor and the weight of the decisions that rested upon her. The two struck a deal, and Eshu returned with her to the Lair and began his duties as her familiar and adviser. The true particulars of the deal between them have not been made clear, and many of the Clan often wonder exactly who offered first.
