Gerard Peter Kuiper was a Netherlands-born American astronomer after whom the Kuiper belt was named. Kuiper is considered by many to be the father of modern planetary science.

Level-headed, cool, calm, and collected. These are the traits Kuiper values most highly. He tries his best to keep the clan in order, mostly by managing finances and shooing the more... materially inclined dragons away from the vault. Luckily, Kuiper has a lot of patience and has a way of being firm but kind that means he's gotten even the wildest of the dragons around to tolerate his presence.
