“Money can’t buy happiness? But poverty can’t buy anything”.
Apollo’s Banishment From Light wrote:
“I see the truth. Though it wounds my heart, the Imperials were a mistake that must be rectified...”- Lightweaver
Being confronted by his fellow light colleagues came as a shock to Apollo. He had nothing to do with the rampant emperor! Those traitors, they wouldn’t listen to him, they through him out like he was an abomination. They had their chance to value him, had their chance to see his worth and accept his offers. But it's not his fault they were fools, that they couldn't bring themselves to accept an Imperial, that they could only see what the Lightweaver decreed about her glorious firstborn children and nothing more. So be it, though, because now Apollo is worth a thousand times more than he ever had been in the Sunbeam Ruins, and if the Lightweaver's devotees have a problem with that, he'd love to see them try to do anything about it. The Light Flight may have a great deal of glitter, but in the end, it's Apollo who has all the gold. Vagabond Chasm would be worthless without him, too. Its residents are lucky he decided to make himself at home following his banishment from his homelands. They at least had the good sense to recognize the superiority of Imperial blood, and the better sense to make way for the sheer force of his will. Even among those who claim to be peaceful and kindhearted, Apollo knows full well that money talks. And so he's made himself the banker of Vagabond Chasm. There's not a drop of treasure flowing through the area he doesn't know about, whether it comes from honest work or his own ill-gotten gains. No one can stop him from raiding the local Beastclans, or from closing his iron fist around the flow of the local market. It's his to command, and no one else's. Too bad for them. But who cares about them anyway? He has his riches, and he is always getting more. That is what really matters. Bio by Tues. “Money can’t buy happiness? He’s regal, he’s grand. HE’S GOT MY MONEY IN HIS HANDS!
Apollo is a money grubber, everyone’s finances are held at his bank. He’s a Lvl 25 dragon, he will kick your butt. He has two other lvl 25 dragons at his disposal and an army of gargoyles so don’t think of stealing! He does do the dirty work despite his enormous wealth, he doesn’t think anyone else can adequately do the job right (doesn’t want to invest poorly). He steals a lot of his riches from beast clan. A lot of dragons in Chasm don’t think of beastclans as intellectual beings, save few- omalley, Grimalkin, cypress, etc. His views: He biased pretty much towards everyone and everything. Helpers: Azalea Wants in on doe so she helps By force helper, Beetlejuice: he tried to steal, so his punishment is doing Apollo’s bidding for the rest of his life. Enchanted gargoyle: gneiss was created by Ancel to serve as Apollo’s lackey. Gneiss can conjure army of gargoyles t By Abstrabby By Letalix By Starrstuff |
