You never actually...speak to Cloak. Or Dagger, for that matter.

You aren't really sure how you manage that, since you do see them quite frequently. In the shadows, trailing after Lane, whispering to one another...They are near constantly in the corner of your vision. Sizing you up? No, they don't appear to be the fighting type. Are they nervous? You can't be certain - they won't stay still long enough for you to get a good look at them. Cloak in particular seems intent on watching your every move, and occasionally you spot him writing something down.

Eventually you do meet their daughter, Bombe. She doesn't say much on her parents, but they do seem to be close. She tells you they are quite busy with work, but never says what sort of work they do...
