He developed his gruff attitude while growing up in the Shifting Expanse, and has seen his fair share of crime and cruelty. He's snappy, stubborn and hard-headed, but he genuinely means to help others. Toxin and Zaleka will be the first to tell you that he's just rough around the edges and it's true. It takes time for Tahara to warm up to anyone, but if you befriend him then you'll have a companion that's loyal to you till the end.

Tahara is known for his powerful magic. He's an incredibly skilled caster who focuses his craft in elemental magic. His lightning strikes often stun his foes, if not outright killing them. He developed his skills in the Stormcatcher's domain in the company of other skilled casters and electricians, however he found himself leaving his birth clan for greener pastures. While he's still a Kingdom Champion, Tahara used to fight along side Zaleka and Toxin. He doesn't go on outings anymore- preferring to stick around the castle and train new Kingdom Champions. A part of him misses going out to hunt monsters, but he's content where he is now.

Mated to Bella and Phobia, Tahara does what he can to make time for his family. He loves his daughter Astra and is incredibly proud of the effort she has put into her craft, but he worries about her sometimes. He can't help but fuss over her whenever she comes back from a hunt- it's the dad in him. Still, he supports her whenever he can and often brags about her at any chance he gets.
