Biography
Quote:
The spirit is willing...
but the flesh is weak.
but the flesh is weak.
Corrodia and Gravis are a slow death traversing Delphi, their passage traceable by the space around it where no one wants to enter. They are not, like Rampage, particularly virulent or aggressive themselves, though some quality of the changes made to their bodies certainly does affect those around them. As Pharma's 'Assessors', it is they who go out among the clan for the Patriarch and determine who is best suited for the testing of new strains under development in the patriarch's Wyrmwound lab.
Corrodia is riddled with sickness; his fur patchy over inflamed scaborous flesh, his feathers bare, his skin raw and cracked and seeping. But if it is Red Rust that has ravaged him so, it must be a different strain; he does not seem to spread it to others. This is just as well, as Corrodia spends much of his time around the clan's hunters and warriors, a tiny cripple among the titans that all still shy from; feeling the motions of their meat and tendons, their pulsing hearts, without ever needing to stop for a true examination. Corrodia is charged in particular with determining dragons best suited for testing pathogens which will affect the body of the host: flesh or blood, skin or bone.
Dragons interacting with Corrodia often feel themselves overcome by a weakness of the body, many so strong that they simply lay on the ground and cannot find the strength to move again until his work is done and he has departed.
