Proluvis

As you approach one of the many boulders dotting the field, you notice a tiny turquoise Fae's head poking out from a hollow in the earth beneath it. She quickly pulls herself out, shuffling her wings. "Hi! My name is Proluvis," she says, beaming. "Welcome! I'm the head healer around here, but these days I spend a lot of time with the clan's children. This is our nursery, would you like to see the nestlings?" You tell her that you'd love to, and you follow as she leads you under the rock.
The hollow turns out to be a tunnel, which leads to a cozy room that smells of grass and moss. There are several tiny dragon babies wrestling and frolicking about on the floor, gaps in a ceiling of roots letting golden shafts of natural light in. You can't help but smile at their antics. Somewhere in the darker recesses a large body moves, a long sigh only heard in sleep, the deep sleep of an exhausted mother. Proluvis glows with pride. "Our future," she whispers. "Our happiness. I'm getting older, you know; I can't be out scouting and battling all the time. Nothing brings me more joy than making sure these little wonders are happy and healthy."
