FORMER WARDEN'S HOUND}

She looks young, at first glance, but a closer look reveals the shadows under her eyes, the greying tips of her fur, the stiffness in her joints. The scents she crafts cling to her pelt, an ever-changing blend of woods and herbs, making olfactory identification near-impossible.

Somehow, you get the feeling that she prefers it that way - a remnant of old worries and security measures

A solitary (but not unfriendly) type, Sentir is most easily found in her workshop - quite a way off from the main Snowsquall base, but it's considered a journey well worth the trip, to acquire incense of quality. For occasions truly worth remembering, there are none more potent or nuanced in fragrance than Sentir's.

Other members of her kind are grateful for the service, though they would not exactly wish to take her place. Memories - often so treasured amongst tundras - are nebulous things in the scented smoke and icy clouds of breath, led off-track as easily as a restless mount tempted by greener fields than the barren icefield it calls its home.

(Perhaps you would like to dash down this lane and follow the snowshoe hare? Or take another gander at this particular piece of perception, which rings rather wrong compared to what you recall. There is no shame in stung eyes or hoarse throats... Oh, but this is not what you came for, and you have places to be, of course.)

Sentir had hoped to retire in peace, but the arrival of a Cragward Custodian thrust her back into service.
