Thundershine Arthalnan is the daughter of Arrol-Na and Lanayla. She is a member of the first clutch the Clan of Xerxes ever hatched. Like all Arcane dragons, Thundershine has inborn curiosity. Oddly enough, this led to a fascination with the Lightning flight. She was born shortly before the Thundercrack Carnivale, and the elemental celebration piqued her interest. As soon as she turned five days old, she immediately flew off to the Shifting Expanse to satiate her burning need to know.

After soaking up knowledge, befriending a few clans, and raking in treasure for her help at the Shock Switch station at Tempest Spire, Thundershine returned to her clan's lair a grown dragon. A grown Ridgeback, at that. Using the treasure she earned from working at Tempest Spire, she bought herself a breed change scroll and turned herself into the very same breed that she saw living in the Shifting Expanse. She now towers over even her father Arrol, much to Emynkhage's chagrin.

From her experience in the Shifting Expanse, Thundershine has become the clan's primary business administrator. She organizes auctions of both items and dragons, tracks the breeding couples of the clan, maps out development plans for the lair, and manages the clan's finances. When the clan expands the lair, she heads construction and assists by tunneling with her mate Leviathan. She has charts and spreadsheets tacked all over the walls of her den. She returns to the Shifting Expanse frequently to earn the clan's treasure at the lightning farms, as well as borrow and trade with the local ridgeback clans.
