Nova prides herself in her strength and trains every day to get even stronger. She wants to be able to protect her loved ones, and protect them well.
A very proud and confident dragon, she does not take insults or loss very easily. She might get up in your face for insulting her, but she won't do anything too far out of line. She works hard to fix her flaws with each insult, and trains even harder with each loss. Her energy is just as limitless as Vulx's, and can be seen sparring with him while Moonrun overlooks them.
Very few have seen this side of her, but Nova is actually quite lonely and sad behind all her bravado. She rarely allows herself these moments of weakness, telling herself that she needs to be strong for the others so they don't lose hope like she had once done.
(If you ask her about what happened, she won't tell you and change the subject. That story is for another day.)
Nova loves summer and the heat and is usually seen sunbathing. She has a low tolerance to the cold, but she's actually pretty good friends with Genevieve, as well as Jackilyn and Dahlia. She enjoys napping and is usually very chill. She's also a bit too enthusiastic about fire.
She has a sort of rivalry with Ash, even though she disagrees with his view on power and how to use it. But they have their moments, and they can often be seen bantering, sparring, or sunbathing together.
When Nova forms a deep bond with anyone, like with her three best friends for example, she will risk her life for them. She will give them her undying loyalty for as long as she sees fit. She will become your protector, your shield. Of course, she'll protect anyone in need of help, but she puts her friends before herself. (Her friends are trying to break this mindset, as she is just as important to them as they are to her.)
(Don't tell anyone, but Ash is among those special dragons, too.)
