Biography

Taiyoko "The Sun" - Gladesage [Theme Song]

The Gladesages are a lair that lived while the Gladekeeper and Plaguebringer still fought. Starting with Gladekeeper's firstborn, Kushi (a progen), the Gladesages live to uphold and protect the Viridian Labyrinth. Their prophet, Taiyoko, spoke once of a day when the Gladesages' progeny would change the Nature flight forever.

Taiyoko waited on a perch for Kushi to draw near so that she could ask to join the Gladesages, for the Lightweaver themselves prophesied that this was Taiyoko's true purpose. The Skydancer takes to complexity with a casual fascination. Every dragon who has met her will say of Taiyoko that her field of perception is somehow deeper than most. She hears the future on the wind, stares into the sun to read its secrets. She was able to predict Nattaki's connection to the Gladekeeper before Nattaki even hatched.

She stays on the outskirts of the territory, mostly, but observes the internal affairs of the clan with piercing eyes and sharp ears. She was the first to put together the pieces of what was to come, confiding an overwhelming glimpse of the future in Kushi. She is not much for conversation, as she will be too busy sensing out your weaknesses and strengths.

She is one of the few dragons blessed with immortality, and would awaken Nattaki for the final battle.
