IVANNETH

The Four-winged Paladin of Sun
Proud, gallant, valiant, patient, strict, fearless, enduring, formidable, godlike

Ivanneth is a glorious warrior of the Sun, the protector of the clan and the most skilled fighter at the Colisium. He had trained more than eight hundred dragons and every single one became a perfect warrior. Noone ever questions his skills because those who tried have seen how perfect he is in fight not only with his teeth and claws but also with his sword and radiance magic. Ivanneth always wears radiant shiny filigree armor. He follows the ways of the patron goddes of the clan - Azura who is the dragon aspect of Dawns and Dusks from an other world, but he also honors greatly the mighty Arcanist. It is told that the sword of Ivanneth is an artifact given to him by Azura herself as a weapon of incredible power to defend the Clan and the Flight. This weapon changes its appearance and power every sunset and sunrise, from Duskfang to Dawnfang and vice versa.

The story of Ivanneth is well known for every dragon of the clan. Back to the days when the clan was small and haven't yet lifted the part of the Starwood Strand to the air a terrible eight-headed Emperor lurked from the borders of Arcane and Plague lands to the heart of the forest. That twisted creature threatened not only the lives of the Clan but also the existence of all the Starwood Strand. Ivanneth and few other dragons decided to battle him and the fight was glorious and hard. In that battle the Emperor was defeated by the radiant magic of Ivanneth and the power of his sword Dawnfang but all the defenders had also fallen. The body of Ivanneth was broken, his skin and scales encarved in wounds and both his wings lost, being ripped away by four heads of the Emperor at a time in the middle of the battle.

But justice should have been returned to the world thus the gods came. The almighty Arcanist healed the dragon and saved him from becoming part of a new Emperor. There was not even a scar on his violet scales anymore. He also gifted Ivanneth with two pairs of shining white wings as a sign of approval and acknowledgment. From those days Ivanneth became the most great hero of the Clan of Azura and everyone believed that he was ultimately unbeatable in any fight.

Ivanneth looks like a Light or Arcane dragon but his eyes tell otherwise. They glimmer with bright red just like the sun of a blood sunset, that tells about the pass of a battle with lots of victims. Ivanneth always was a plague dragon deep in his nature and thus a very durable and stoic one. Most of the time noone could ever tell that Ivanneth is a plagueling but when he becomes really angered or something endangers the lifes of those dear to him he falls in the state of Blood Rage. All the radiance around him becomes red and deadly because of being powered by his inner Plague powers and his white feathered wings and paladin armor start to look as if they were dipped in blood. In this moment his anger is nearly uncontrollable and he starts to destroy everything around him making no difference between allies and enemy.
