Biography

The Frozen Bane
Nocte is a mysterious dragon. Not much is known about him besides the fact he's bounced
between many clans, has lots of stories, and is the best friend of Tiamat. He's an odd sort to most. Many find him intimidating due to his attire and dark sense of humor. Another thing that drives many away is his freezing body temperature which seems to chill an entire room upon his entrance. This being noted, if one were to peer under his cowl, it'd be clear to see he came from an Ice nest. Which nest? Nobody knows.

He has the gift to freeze an area of a dragon's wound, significantly reducing most feeling within the injury.

Frozen Shatter
More of a hindrance than anything, the surface of Nocte's body begins to freeze up until he is encased in ice under severe amounts of stress. When he's finally had enough and either explodes in anger or panics, shards of ice fly from his body like a frightened porcupine.
