Harsh, competitive and skilled, it's no shock to find that Kyren is in the unpopular and fairly maligned sport of dueling. She has no loyalties to any clan, and currently travels alone with Valt, her manager/mate.

Known as the Red Fury in gladiatorial circuits, she is a reasonably popular fighter, known for her lack of mercy and flashing red eyes.

Her pearl is a muddy purple color; a bit unsettling to look at too long.

Born to nomadic, nameless clan, Kyren was always a little bloodthirsty, unsuited to a clan that, while well protected, wasn't particularly combative. Combined with her antisocial nature, she left reasonably quickly after growing independent enough to survive on her own. Shortly after realizing that profit could be made in combat, a new competitor started appearing in the competitive dueling circuit: the Red Fury, a small female pearlcatcher who somehow managed to defeat larger, more experienced dragons whilst never letting her pearl out of her grip.

Eventually meeting Valt, who claimed he could get her better paying fights with stronger opponents for a percentage of her winnings, through charm and connections. Having seen with experience that such things mattered little in her chosen profession, she declined...forcefully. However, after getting beaten soundly (a first for her at the time) and left for dead in Nature territory, Valt reappeared, talking himself into a meal and her into some free medical attention. This earned her attention, and he's now more or less gainfully employed as Kyren's manager, doing most of the talking for both of them.
