Meridian soars in the sky, light-hearted and without a care in the world, her voice drifting on the winds like a spell. It weaves hopes and dreams and breaks them all in the course of a single verse, but her audience listens with rapture until she has finished, and then gives her all their gold.

Though she will gladly sing for you, for a price, engaging her in conversation is a much more difficult task. Her words and her advice do not come cheaply, and she rarely has time for anyone on the ground, when she could be flying instead.

Few hold Meridian's interest for long enough to make her stay still, but should they do so, their reward is wisdom beyond the scope of mortal minds. Or it might just be nonsense.
