Wishes on the Wind...
    The stoic Ice dragon spent much of his youth with the Clan's young genius, Quercus. He gained an appreciation for the step by step problem solving that backed the young lightning envoy's leaps of creativity. Although Persea will never match Quercus' level of craft, he is a solid draftsman who keeps the equipment and excavations in the clan home caves ticking over smoothly. The great bake ovens for Theoba's iconic cookies, as well as the other ovens and forges are his particular achievment. Even Quercus bows to his knowledge of thermal units and patterns.

    Persea spends many nights in the company of those same great bake ovens, crunching numbers(and cookies), tweaking designs and repairing equipment. He is close friends with Theoba, and Equise as a result of this habit.

    Some of the younger dragons find it ironic that an Ice dragon would be so good with furnaces and heat, but the clan leader knows that understanding heat and it's movements is very important to ice dragons,whether it involves building and insulating lairs, or keeping an eye on the spring thaw... after all, an unexpected break-up of the sea ice is what brought the clan to the Windswept Plateau.
