Qii came to clan Charakka in hopes of a steady and understanding place to live. Being an insomniac, Qii is constantly tired, and as a result, lethargic. She moves slowly and her mind is not always sharp enough to do the many kinds of tasks needed in many lairs. Ironically, however, Qii has the ability to lull anybody else to sleep. In fact, she tends to calm all who remain within close proximity. With a lair as tense as it is with the kind of population it has, she's been proven useful since the moment she stepped into the cave.

On top of that, she's also a mushroom farmer, something Likyr had been looking for. Since Qii is generally more active during the night cycles, she looks over the garden when all the other gardeners are asleep.

Heryn found Qii to be useful, as she also has troubles sleeping. Or she did anyway. That hasn't been the case since Qii came to the lair. They have spent a lot of time together and have become close friends.
