ColdFox was born in the lair to his father Zeber and his mother Frost. They both decided to leave the lair and depart ways after they had only two nests together. ColdFox, unnamed at the time, decided to stay behind. He had no want to leave so soon. Before too long, coldFox learned to fight being taught by Glider, the lead hunter. After a few days of training, Glider came up with a name for the little fur ball he was training. ColdFox. The reason for the name, was because he was as swift as a fox, but he was cold at heart towards his prey. Glider soon found out as ColdFox got older, that his prey wasn't the only thing he was cold towards. He was generally cold towards everything and every one. Only Glider could speak to him without getting attitude back almost all the time. Although he had a fling with Raccoon, he hasn't really fell in love with any one. Most of the clan members think he will never get a mate at his rate.

ColdFox jumped in the sand of the dessert attacking a sand clod. Boredom overcame him. Right up until he heard movement behind him that is. He turned on the little creature snarling. She was the new hatchling in the lair. All hatchlings feared him, and they soon learned to avoid him. But this one was different. She didn't even flinch. With a curious look on her face, she tilted her head to the side slightly. His expression changed to curiosity. All hatchlings feared him, but this one did not.
