Born of the thief Ceinwen and the water snapper Ithel, no one truly knows how she actually survived, as most of the children born between them, they all but perished. She was still born like all her siblings, weak and barely alive. Her parents fire and water alignments made it hard to procreate a lot. But Leaf fought and lived through the first few months of her life, she was coddled and cood about, a child they could finally call there own! But Leaf would not have any of it. From the time she could properly walk, shed get away from her parents if she could and wander about.

Often times she wander off to the water that her father came from. Deep and blue, just like him. She touched the water.. But steam came from her fingertips. Confused, she did it again, and well, sure enough more and more steam! Leaf eventually engulfed her whole entire body in the water. But all that could be heard moments later was gurgles and yelps for help. She could not swim, the water burning her wasn't helping either. No one seemed to be coming for her, so death is all that seemed to cross her mind. But that vision soon ended as she was pried from the water by a bigger dragon, his face obscured by the hat he wore. he said nothing to her, other then hauling her away from the water and to a drier patch of land, Leaf had soon passed out anyhow, its not like she herself was much talkative.

When she awoke, which seemed like eons later. The whole front of her body to the tip of her tail was nothing but scorched skin and blackened hide. She smiled at this new appearance, but with each step she took when she stood up was nothing but acidic like fire on the floor. She could even breath it as well. This soon actually became a use later in her life. By passing a lot of her parents rules about not doing dangerous things. She often use the acid she could cough up to shape and form jewels she wore, or often sold to others. Some found it gross, some others find it intriguing. She care less either way.
