KALAY
 The swamp queen! Blood knight! Once upon a time Kalay was but a simple Tundra, but over the years she has flourished into her full potential and a veteran of hundreds of battlefields. Delivering death is something of a calling for Kalay in a way that most other dragons find unsettling. Probably rightly so - though most that fall to her claws are beastfolk or monsters, she hasn't exactly been known to shy away from fights with other dragons either. In addition to rampaging her way across Sornieth, Kalay has a longstanding interest in cursed tomes and other items imbued with dubious magical energy. She doesn't - near as we can tell - have a scholarly interest in these things, it seems to be more about the aesthetics, or sometimes even their potential as ad hoc battlefield projectiles. Luckily this is an interest she shares with her mate, Xavin, and Xavin is one of the few dragons in the clan who can inspire Kalay to actually listen to him. We're all very grateful for his contributions to keeping the homicide to a minimum.
