ZhiYeong was born in the Rotrock Rim. Only days after hatching his birth nest was attacked by a pair of very hungry Giant white Toridae, his father happened to be away at the time leaving only his mother to defend the nest and her four hatchlings, she fought her hardest but sadly only ZhiYeong and one of his sisters survived the ordeal.

He and his sibling ran from the nest as fast as they could but got separated in the process. ZhiYeoung hid among some shrubs in hopes that they would keep him safe from further peril. He continued to hide there for 3 days before he was spotted by MinZhen.

He was adopted by MinZhen who spotted him hiding on her way back from completing a contract(a little white speck among grey and red must have seemed pretty obvious). He quickly grew attached to MinZhen and YeongJet accepting them as his adoptive parents.

Taria suggested he be trained as an assassin as he was exceptionally quick and stealthy as a hatchling. MinZhen at first refused, he being her first 'child'. With much encouragement from Taria and a kick from YongJet, Minzhen allowed him to be trained. He proved to be a formidable assassin with as much skill as his adoptive father.
