While most Nature dragons value the tenacity of life and its tendency to arise from the smallest crevices, Tzuya was fascinated with decay. As she saw it, the natural world wasn't possible without death. Growing up in the Gladeveins, she knew that the fell trees were important to the ecosystem; water pooled behind them, animals lived in them, and eventually they rotted until their nutrients were returned to the land. Without decay, her home would not have been the lush haven she grew up in. Her appreciation for nature's cycle led her to study mushrooms, which thrive on the death of other plants. She seemed to always know where to find them, and she quickly learned which were for eating, and which were for Sophora to brew into powerful tinctures and potions.
