Discomforted, you backtrack a fair amount. Unfortunately, somewhere between the Bursar's office and the exit you must have taken a wrong turn, because you end up in a corridor with a series of small rooms off of it. Each is rounded at the corners, easy to clean, and full of children's toys and soft nests of cloth. Some of the toys have escaped into the hallway; you narrowly avoid stepping on a tiny model of a Toridae, obviously well-loved. One room is a little larger, probably meant to contain an adult to tend the hatchlings. Aside from the dust, everything looks like the inhabitants left just yesterday.
You can't imagine how they just disappeared.

She loves her Paz endlessly. He is the soft, gooey marshmellow center to her life, and she protects him from those who would do him harm. With her teeth.

She diagnoses when the other members of the clan are sick, although she is too large to properly tend them. That, she leaves in Paz's totally capable hands.

One of the few beings who can tolerate extended exposure to Cassandra. Although hardly a friend, she will calmly listen while the other spouts off real and imagined hurts. Mellt and her are excellent friends despite - or because of - their differing interests. This might also have something to do with the tacky romance scrolls Gulbahar is adept at sneaking in from a friend in the Arcanist's land.
