Grandmother to All
"Oh, no, dear! I am not just anyone's grandmother. I am everyone's grandmother."

Motherhood is an all time job with just one whelp, but try handling an entire nesting ground! This is the life that "Granny Flora" lives. Even though her blood runs very thin in the Widowmoon clan, everyone sees Flora as a motherly figure and someone to treat with the utmost respect.

She came into the Widowmoon clan soon after its formation; holding an unhatched plague egg containing a baby guardian that she originally claimed as her charge, but after seeing the growing clan, she decided to do something a guardian wouldn't normally do; she changed her charge. Instead of protecting the one egg, she had decided to live with the Widowmoon dragons and extend her charge to include all of the clan's hatchlings; and the rest of the clan by extension.

This has made her the one who watches over the hatchlings so the rest of the clan can focus on other matters, but she doesn't complain. In fact, she actually enjoys spending time with the hatchlings under her care. Because of her role and how perfect she handles it, almost every member of the clan has taken to y calling her "Granny Flora," a nickname the guardian is rather proud of; even if it implies her to be much older than she truly is.

Occasionally, she will fill a nest with her own brood, but she doesn't pick favorites and doesn't give a hatchling special treatment just for being her own. All hatchlings are children that need to be watched over and cared for with equal amount of love and attention.
