This young Wildclaw is rather shy, Liquorice barely talks and does it's best to never move from his small place. He's rather melancholic at times, his eyes never shine the way his lover's eyes do, the spicy coalt named Cotton Candy. While she might be mean to him sometimes, she genuinely cares about him and does her best to make him smile... in her own way of course.

The clan's mystic information broker, Lady, managed to get some information about his life. Born into a pack of passionate Wildclaws, they all succumbed to an unknown disease but him. He was still a teenager when it happened and he took care of each and every one of his family members until they passed away. Distraught, he decided to shut himself from the world inside a cave until a beautiful female coalt, whom he would later call Fitonnia, found him and cared for him the same way he had done to his family, effectively breaking him down and after so long, managing to make him cry and release all his sadness.

After that, he found himself amidst a new family, a bit mysterious and wacky sometimes, he now is a bit anxious and rather unconfident. Having cried in front of Fitonnia and everybody else caused him to feel like a weakling, which made him lose whatever confidence he had. The day he arrived in the clan was a special one, Cotton Candy decided he would be her partner and he would have to do whatever she wanted and he didn't seem to mind this weird coalt's demand, he made sure to let her understand that he would comply just as long as she left him to himself. Something, she doesn't really do.






A new mission

During the Riot of the Rot, a naughty little spirit possessed one of the clan's sweetest dragons, Liquorice. He transformed from a calm and sweet dragon to a black sly Wildclaw. Iwa; the clan's resident merchant, negotiated a deal with the spirit. They would leave Liquorice's body only after they've gained 30 hibernation slots.

Back at the lair, a few dragons had reunited with The Great One at the Main Chamber. It was a big and spacious room under the brambles. Small rays of moonlight illuminated the floor. It was a mixture of moss, dirt and grass and in the center, you could see a carving of a spiral like symbol that represented their home; the Shadows.

Upon arrival to the clan, a ceremony is held and in it, the new clan member would receive their role. Only a few dragons didn't have roles assigned but, that could change later on. All based on the whims of The Great One.

- "Ariadne, don't you think this is a perfect task for Salome?" - A tough and scarred Imperial appeared from the shadows. His dawn tinted eyes shone bright under the moonlight. - "It's undeniable that she's proven herself useful in accomplishing such menial and tedious requests. Besides, she doesn't have a clan role yet."

Such condescension.

She closed her eyes to think. A month ago, Miracle had assigned Salome a small mission, which she passed with flying colors. This result displeased him a lot.

A small smile crept on her face. Ariadne turned her gaze to Salome, who was surprised but hadn't said anything.

-"Are you up to the task Salome?"

-"O-of course your Greatest" - She bowed her head in respect, trying to hide her nervousness. - "I'll work as fast as I can to liberate Liquorice from the spirit"

-"Marvelous my darling! You'll begin your mission next thing in the morning." - Walking alongside Miracle, Ariadne stopped and looked at him with menacing eyes. "And if this is your way of flirting we need to have a talk."

- "What?" Astonished, he started to shake his head. "Wh-why does everyone think I'm flirting?"

- "It's in your eyes Miracle," - Salome said as she tried to hide a small smile- "they speak more than you do."

- "I have no idea what you mean, Salome." - He shrugged.

- "I'll explain it to you later, sweetheart" -

- "Swe-sweetheart?"

Ariadne couldn't contain her laughter at seeing the usually grumpy and quiet imperial so flustered. Which, considering the situation they were in, was something she desperately needed.
