Biography

Brión the Mossrunner
Head Guard; Councilman
After an initial attack on the clan, the leader, Gales, decided they need an official guard. Brión was found and invited into the clan rather quickly, and with the same speed gained respect and rank by the members of the clan. His post is within the bamboo forest on a boulder that sits at the edge of their territory. He sits on it as still as a statue, nearly being confused for one by travelers.
Brión is not a dragon in the traditional sense. He was created by the nature demigod Manjuloch from moss in a copycat form of one of the Gladekeeper's Wildclaws. There is a whole mini tribe of Manjuloch's creations deep within the Labyrinth and Brión is the first one and only one to leave that tribe. Being made of moss has its perks such as quick healing and energy from water rather than food. He was also gifted abilities by his demigod such as sensing vibrations in a radius about him and coming into a great skill in archery.
After becoming the head guard of the Ventusians, he quickly took on the apprentice Auster. Auster looked up to him and Brion is now his guardian. Others mistake them for family often and neither tell them otherwise because for them, they are family.
Manjuloch gifted Brion with a son, Hravart, made from a rose bush many, many moons after Brions initial departure. Hravart is the only known creation to not have been born in the tribe. Brion loves his sons with all his mossy little heart.
The archer is patient and kind and easy to make friends.
Brion is now married to Malakai, a traveler, painter, and philosopher. It took him a long time to come to terms with what he likes and how to approach life from that angle. He is now happy with himself and could not ask for a better husband and partner in life. Even when Malakai comes home with more dogs than before.
Brion's long work and loyalty has earned him a spot on the Clans Council.
