Personality: Sharp witted and a clever conversationalist, he's happiest when he is cheering up others or the center of their attention. His temper is virtually nonexistent, though he isn't a dragon who's above the use of sarcasm to make his opinion known. Generally though, he's an easygoing and chipper sort of guy who has a digging obsession. History: Sterling was born here in Brightfortune, and has the distinction of being from their second nest. When his brothers moved on to other clans, seeking their destinies elsewhere, he remained behind to study with Zephyr the art of archeology. His skills with churning valuables out of the earth and rock became a huge asset to the clan, and have given him quite a bit of status as a result. He's the main provider of gems and trinkets to Naremir, the clan jeweler, and keeps everyone's private collections and the treasure coffers growing as much as he is able. He really didn't think he could possibly be more content, until Zareen came to the clan. The golden Coatl made the usually loquacious Sterling stammer and trip on his words, flustering the unflusterable without even trying in a way that made everyone snicker. Eventually of course the young Wildclaw was able to settle his nerves, and their relationship now is stronger than ever as life mates. It is one of his great pleasures to find his little water lilly the stones she adores collecting, as well as seashells. |
