"The thing is, I'm not scared anymore."

Rapunzel was born to the mighty rulers of an island wind clan, and her magic manifested in impressive healing displays as soon as she hatched. Envious and desirous of her magical abilities a scheming dragon stole her from her parents nest and locked her away to use the magic for only herself. Rapunzel grew without knowledge of her clan, or the outside world, but she often caught glimpses from a tiny barred window of the wisp-willow glow from the shadow lands and tangled woods. She painted to keep herself busy, read, cooked, and did all in her power to convince her captor to release her. Finally one day her opportunity arose when a curious dragon wondering what treasures might be inside the tower broke in, and allowed Rapunzel to break out. She returned to her wind clan, and was overjoyed to be reunited with them, but the dragon who had taken her was still out there somewhere desperate to capture her once more.

After a lifetime of gazing at the strange glow in the darkness Rapunzel set off for the foxfire bramble, and there she found the Noche Dulce Clan. They had founded a princess academy to safe harbor, teach, and shelter princesses from other clans. Rapunzel found herself excited to join them and began to share books with Belle, learn all about swashbuckling adventures from Eternal Splashes & Ageless Seafoam, and painted pumpkins while Samhain carved them with his claws. Her true role however was in curating, studying, and creating art for the clan.
