Permafrost just wants to have fun. He is from a royal line in his old clan, but he left when he felt too smothered by his family. Since he was the youngest, he knew he'd never get the throne anyway, so he ran away to the Starfall Isles. There he met Primrose, and though he still plays around at being a prince and ladies man, he loves her a lot and would give up anything to be with her. He's quite sweet and kind to the new hatchlings and eggs too, when no one else is watching.
