Gaia is a friend to the world and its denizens in all their many forms. She works toilessly to see flowers bloom, rivers flow and clean airs gust across her home and across Sorneith. Though young she walks with an almost otherworldly purpose, tending to the nature around her with a dedication that almost sees the exclusion of all other things. She has, on occasion, forgotten to eat or rest for days, so dedicated she is to her charges. Dragons prone to gossip wonder if perhaps the circumstances of her birth have been at play in her, and that the magic of her flight pumps more forcefully in her veins. Indeed, there is certainly something powerful in the Nature magic coursing within her small body; a puff of her breath can revive a wilting flower, or rapids to a parched river valley.
Gaia is named for the ancient Grecian personification of the Earth, and for the hypothesis which suggests that our world nurtures and maintains itself; one singular, harmonious but infinitely complex lifeform.
