 Rika lives in a floating island in a mansion named Lenore, that is only visible when the moon is full. She had come from a long line of royals and inherited the ability to manipulate water.

She's pretty confident about herself that others mistook as being self-conceited. she really doesn't care for this because for her, others feel they are being looked down by her because they're aware that they are inferior, even though she never really looked at them in the first place.

she is the older twin sister of Roka and is protective of her. Rika is aware about the state of nevermore but does nothing for she feels that there's something sinister still lurking within the town that is too dangerous to approach.
