Born to the frozen wastes, Orianne grew to adulthood very accustomed to the frigid land and air, adapting to it like most frost-born dragons do so well. From an early age, she took great interest in what the land had to offer; Its lore, it's geography, as well as its geology. After traveling far from her birthplace for a short period of time, she returned home, only to stumble across a... rather peculiar group of dragons, tucked away within the Snowsquall Tundra. She found the would-be clan's leader--a rather mountainous Guardian over four times her size and over twenty times her weight, sitting rather uncomfortably in the center of the misfit crew.

Perhaps it was curiosity that got the better of the young Tundra, but she approached the obsidian-scaled dragon with caution, inquiring about the odd clan.

Eridanos--the Guardian--explained to Orianne the history of their small clan. He and a few of the earliest members of the clan had originated within the Tangled Wood, under the gaze of the Shadowbinder. It was the meeting between the Guardian and his mate--a lovely pale-eyed Skydancer, born of the snow--that brought about the clan's relocation. Despite their willingness to leave the Tangled Wood, finding and building proper shelter had been thus far quite the feat for the rag-tag clan.

An offer was made on the young Tundra's part: If Eridanos would accept, she would remain within the clan, and follow under his leadership, while teaching all that she knew about the land, as well as how best to survive within the frozen wastes.

Not being foolish enough to decline, Eridanos agreed, taking the small tundra under his protective wing, and despite her youth, assigning her as teacher of the clan, at least in regards to the land, that which they now called home.
