Ruby is the fiercest warrior in Monarch's employ. She is unstoppable, either by her claws or the flames that chase her. She and Incendere seem to have some history-- in any case, they can't stand to to be in the same room for more than five seconds. She defaults to her superiors, preferring to be a mindless blade in their employ. it is easier to control fire when there are no choices.

(There are triangle scars, three equal lines, on each wrist and ankle. no one's ever seen them. they burn with her fire.)
