Gela is the founder and the former leader of Clan Meren Laulu. While she is a native of the Wind Flight, Gela has always had a fondness for the sea. When it came time for her to strike out on her own and find her charge, she was drawn to the cliff of the Zephyr Steppes overlooking the Sea of a Thousand Currents. She realized that this land was her charge, and she decided to form a home there.
She has since stepped down from the position of leader, naming Seraphine as her succesor. Gela now focuses more on the Bamboo Breeze Spa and Wellness Center that she founded.
