Biography
Bones frowned nervously as she adjusted the birdskull that adorned her head, second guessing her costume for the umpteenth time. It was Halloween, the only time of year where her abnormal colours she inherited from her parents were a blessing. This year the young pearlcatcher decided she wanted to be a Plague Witch Doctor, so she gathered all the birdskulls she could find and dipped her appendages in her families brewing pot, turning them a luminescent blue.
Gingerly she headed up the dirt covered path that the kind Nocturne had gestured to from the last lair, shrinking away from the spiderwebs and carved pumpkins lining the path in decoration for the season, trying to dismiss the looming trees and barren branches reaching out like hands. She hugged her pearl as she went, having painted a black cat in a witches hat on, dubbing him 'Salem' in scrawny writing underneath, and gripping the small sack she had made to look like a herbal satchel that real witch doctors would have in her claws. She quickened her pace due to the anxiety and the feeling of being watched, until she stumbled and fell forward into a small opening with a heavy oak wooden door in front of her. Bones stood back up and brushed herself off, before carefully raising her paw to the door and cringed away as she went to knock on it. Three quivering knocks later on the hollow sounding door, she squinted her eyes as she shrunk away and held her sack open close to her chest.
"T... Trick or treat..." She whispered, hoping her timid voice was loud enough to hear, and awaited an answer if any.
