"I have spent my time among the mages and found it to be rather stuffy. Not only did I find them to be pretentious, they often times were downright dreadful."

Aura had been captive for a long while in Zingling's lair; a certain dragon -- who will remain unnamed as she'd much prefer to forget him altogether -- had bullied her into staying with Zingling. One night, while in the midst of hiding from that certain dragon, she ran into the new adults of the clan, Shii and Oso. Fear must have been written plainly on her face, for both males quickly rushed to her aide, calming both her nerves and soothing her fears. Perhaps she could find a few friends among the awful dragon?

Unfortunately, that hope was quickly trampled as the viscous dragon quickly went after not only her, but the two dragons who had offered her support. Bloody and broken, Aura took an oath that night to leave the lair with her newfound friends. A new life with beautiful friends in familiar grounds, that is what led her to live within Newt's lair and start a new chapter of her life.

If only she knew one of those so called friends was actually the progeny of the very foe she was running from.
