I really like this guy's take on the Charizard fandragon. I see a lot of irishim ones, but I think ripcur is a good variation. The patterning provides a little more visual interest, which pairs well with his minimalist apparel, and looks a little more natural. The darker ripples of color make him look like a tough old beast. I especially like his fire primary, not just because it gives him those interesting darker red-orange ripples, but because it's the perfect color thematically. The comparatively brighter blue of his caribbean wings, especially on his wingtips, balances out the deeper colors well. His ember apparel is, naturally, perfectly suited for him, but I especially like his searing crown. It reminds me of Ash's charizard from the anime, putting on a big attitude and refusing to take orders from anyone.
