 Marblewight is currently studying EVERYTHING he can get his paws on. He has shown the ability and talent to peruse Necromancy, Illusions, Shadow Magic, and some forms of Battle Magic. But he has yet to decide on a particular course of study. His curiosity in many fields is being encouraged by First and Second Mages Irulan and Melange. He has been told about the situation, and looming danger. He hopes to pick an area of study soon.

He's starting to lean toward the art of healing. He has a knack for it and he finds it rather funny when he treats dragons that don't know him well. They see this scary hooded dragon, someone who looks more like he should be a necromancer like his mother. But then he treats them with gentle kindness and heals their wounds with ease.

With the clan's sudden evacuation from the Windswept Plateau a lot of the clan was killed or injured in the fight. And they needed more healers than they had. So Marblewight suddenly earned his doctor’s coat and traded it for his apprentice hood. Of course his propensity for the color red meant he immediately dyed his new coat his favorite shade. Good thing he’s a great doctor, because with a mug like that and his strange sense of style he doesn’t do much socializing. The weather is also much colder than he'd like, and he finds his coat surprisingly warm.
