A coatl is curled up in blankets in the corner with some other dragons laughing with him. They invite you to join the conversation and they sure seem to be having a good time, so it just might be a conversation worth joining.

Apatite was picked up by the clan when he was just a newborn hatchling, alone and ill. He was born with a very weak immune system and while there hasn't been a time yet when the healers didn't manage to patch him up again, he is rarely healthy for long, often catching a new illness within a day of recovering from the last and even when he isn't in bed with a fever, he is physically weak and cannot fly due to a lack of muscle strength in his wings.
Even though he suffers a lot, he tries to laugh it off and the healers and him have started joking about it. He enjoys spending time with the other dragons. He's a cheerful and carefree spirit and doesn't worry about the future too much. Some of his favorite things are familiars, music and singing and he'll beg the clan's musically inclined dragons to keep singing and playing and most of the time they can't help but give in.
