The playing of the notes of a chord quickly, one after another, in the harp style, ripplingly.

Arpeggio is a bit of an unusual case. He can most often be found coiled around the tops of the bamboo thickets that surround the lair, sound asleep. He has been known to fall asleep in almost unimaginable places, including on Marcato's back in one memorable occasion (Marcato was not amused by his unanticipated Spiral snuggle). No one in the clan can recall seeing him ever fly to one of these napping spots.

At one point, clan members got so concerned about his apparent lethargy that they insisted Canta take a look at him.

After a thorough medical examination (of which Arpeggio was only awake for a quarter of), Canta came to the most startling conclusion of her career. Arpeggio is a lazy Spiral.

Still, he always wakes up if his mate Glissando has something to show him.

Musically, he is more of a spectator than a participant. Yet he has the astounding ability to recall any song he's ever heard, even if it was only in his sleep. Unfortunately, he never sings the whole song, often skipping from one to another to another and the oddest mash up of songs you're likely to ever hear (with the occasional yawn thrown in).
