FIRESPITTER
He's seen the light

Ever since Firespitter opened his little eyes he had seen the light. He remembers it like it was yesterday. It was a brilliant flash of yellow and gold and a flickering orange and a bright drop of red. It had left him blind for a week after his hatching. His clan had worried for what his future held. A blind mirror needed a safe home. But as soon as they found him a good home within Seeking Clan, his sight came back.

He was told not to look at the sun, but he did it anyway. The light did not hurt his eyes, and he found the light to be calming. He spends hours staring silently at any bright light. He is drawn to light sources much like a moth, except that they never hurt his eyes.

Even when he closes his eyes he can still see the light, dancing before him. So beautiful, so mysterious, so frightening.

When asked why he stares at the light so much, he answers that he can see visions in it. Visions of smoke and fire. Visions of bloodshed and battles. Of death and betrayal. But also of hope and courage. Of loyalties so strong that they are a force to be reckoned with, and of a love so powerful that it can cross dimensions.

When not staring at the light Firespitter likes to pace the clan, and check up to see if anyone in the clan need help with anything. He likes to help the clan and is very protective over it. He is a good cook and the clan enjoys meals prepared by him. He's not much of a talker, but is a good listener. He likes the sit and listen about another's dragon's day, or anything really.

His familiar Blueflame also likes to help the clan, and is often used to carry supplies, or to cook meals. Though when carrying supplies dragons have to weary of her flames. Firespitter and sometimes be found staring into Blueflame's fire.
